What shipping methods are available?
We ship your packages from our facility in NJ, USA.
We are using a standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail® service) that typically takes 3-5 business days in USA.
We ship to Canada via US Postal Service. It takes 5-12 business days to arrive depending on the destination.

How long will it take to get my package?

For your convenience we ship 6 days a week Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.
Next business day shipping on orders placed by 1 pm EST.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email to confirm along with a tracking number for the shipment.

How do I make a return?
Every product that we sell is hand crafted and one-of-a-kind.
Our main goal is for you to be happy with your product. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at ani@stashe.info. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using trackable return services.
